Class 2 Titanic Day

Takes place on: 19th May 2026
As our History topic this term is the Titanic, we will be holding a Titanic Day on Tuesday 19th May. Children are invited to come to school dressed as passengers for the day. Suggested outfits could include a dress, gloves, suit, shorts, T-shirt or bow tie. Throughout the day, the children will learn more about the Titanic, draw the famous ship and learn two dances from the era: an Irish jig (as a tribute to third-class passengers) and a waltz (as a tribute to first-class passengers)
